2. ORDERS, PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are handmade in small batches. Availability may therefore be limited.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the affected order.

We may limit quantities per order, per person, or per household at our discretion.

3. PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring your account, payment, and contact details remain up to date to allow successful order processing and delivery.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume and courier operations.

Handmade products may require up to one week for preparation before dispatch.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
