Refund policy

💎 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS – PHUMI

EXCHANGES

All products are handmade in small batches and inspected before dispatch.

If you would like to exchange a product, you may return your item provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once the return is received and approved, you may place a new order. Refunds for the original item will be processed once the return has been inspected and accepted.

Please note: exchanges are subject to stock availability.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before approval.


REFUNDS

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.

All PHUMI products are handcrafted in small batches with strict hygiene standards.

Because of the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding that product safety and quality are our highest priority.
